Your Function Checklist
We cannot wait to host your event. Please take a moment to look over the process in booking our function room. We want your event to run as smoothly as possible so preparation is everything.
Enquire
To enquire about our function space please email us from the form below. Please include as much information as you can and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Confirm
If the function room is available for your chosen date we will send you a confirmation email with our food and beverage packages. If you have any other requirements please let us know.
Deposit
To lock in your chosen date we will require a booking deposit. We will email you an invoice with the deposit information.
Upload
The Whalers Hotel function room comes fitted with a projector, microphone and surround sound audio. Please upload your video presentations if you have one to the upload button at the top of the page. For powerpoint presentations please export as a video file. We recommend getting this to us 3 days before the event so that we can make sure it is compatible with our system. Please make sure your Spotify playlist is on public and also emailed to us before the event.
